My name is Angelo Ducato, and I’m currently a graphic design student at Iowa State University. In 2020 after my freshman year, I made the decision to transfer from Loras College, where I was studying engineering and playing football, to pursue my passion for graphic design.

Growing up, I was always an active, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual when it came to sports, drawing, and design. My journey into graphic design began when I was young, where I was first making sports graphics and designs for myself and my friends, purely for fun. The more I explored this field, the stronger my passion grew, and I found myself wanting to improve these skills. Ultimately it’s what drove me to switch to graphic design at Iowa State to pursue professional graphic design.

I'm currently working towards a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree as well as sharing my talents as a graphic designer for the Iowa State Athletics Department. My expected graduation is May of 2025.

My interests outside of graphic design include staying active, traveling to new and exciting places, Marvel movies, and all things sports-related. As a big fan of sports, I enjoy creating designs for athletes and teams and have an interest in the sports graphic field. I’m eager to dive deeper and narrow my focus within the vast world of graphic design.
